Aerogel insulation felt is mainly used in refining equipment, medium pipeline insulation, the general use temperature of 200°C~650°C. Aerogel insulation felt is also used for liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, ethylene and other chemical storage tanks and pipeline insulation, medium temperature -200~-110°C. Because of its extremely low thermal conductivity, it can effectively reduce the volume of insulation layer, thereby improving the layout rate of refining and chemical pipelines in the plant. Moreover, it has excellent hydrophobicity and neutral pH value, which can avoid the corrosion of the pipeline caused by electrochemical corrosion caused by moisture absorption water, extend the service life of the pipeline, and reduce the later maintenance cost.
